These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the iDex Switches & Outlets website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and stock availability, but errors may occur; if a listed price or description is incorrect, we will contact you before processing the affected order.
Orders & Payment
Placing an order online is a request to purchase, not a confirmed sale until we accept it. At this time, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) — payment is made in cash upon pick-up or delivery of your order. Online payment options (GCash, Maya, cards) are not yet available; we will announce when this changes.
Typical order lead times are 7–10 business days for switches and outlets, and 30–60 business days for lighting and chandelier items, which are made to order and imported based on demand.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders can be fulfilled by pick-up at The C-Square Center Building, Taguig City, by Lalamove for Metro Manila and nearby provinces, or by LBC Express for nationwide delivery. Delivery fees for Lalamove and LBC Express are separate from the product price, shouldered by the customer, and communicated before your order is dispatched. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
iDex products carry a warranty against manufacturing defects: 3 years on switches and outlets, 6 months on Altiore Lighting LED bulbs, and 1 year on Altiore Lighting fixture housings. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost. Data Privacy
Any personal data you provide to us (name, address, phone number, order details) is collected and processed in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, as described in our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to that collection and processing for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product photography — is the property of iDex Switches & Outlets or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iDex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products, beyond the remedies described in our Warranty Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taguig City.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
