Lighting and chandelier items are made to order and imported based on demand, which is why lead times are longer. We’ll keep you updated on your order status once it’s confirmed.

Delivery Methods

Pick-up

Collect your order directly from our location at The C-Square Center Building, Taguig City.

Lalamove

Available for Metro Manila and nearby provinces. Delivery fee is shouldered by the customer and coordinated at the time of dispatch.

LBC Express

Available nationwide for customers outside Metro Manila and nearby provinces. Shipping fees and estimated transit time depend on your delivery address.

Delivery fees for Lalamove and LBC Express are separate from the product price and will be communicated before your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The following terms apply to returns and exchanges:

• Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at (02) 8634 4095 or 0956 674 6225, with photos and your order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
• Change of mind: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to be considered for return. Custom panel configurations (customized switch/outlet combinations) are made to your specifications and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
• Return shipping: For defective or incorrect items, iDex will shoulder return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed as store credit or exchange, depending on the situation. Since payment is COD, cash refunds are handled directly with our team on a case-by-case basis.
