For Cash on Delivery orders, this includes the information needed to fulfill and ship your order. We do not collect payment card details, since no online payment gateway is active on this site.

We use your personal data to: process and deliver your orders; respond to inquiries sent via our Contact page, email, or Facebook Messenger; send order and shipping updates; and improve our products and service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Who We Share It With

We share the minimum necessary delivery information (name, address, phone number) with our courier partners (e.g. J&T, LBC) solely to complete delivery of your order. We do not share your personal data with any other third party for marketing purposes without your consent.

How Long We Keep It

We retain order and customer contact records for as long as needed to fulfill our transactions with you, comply with tax and accounting obligations under Philippine law, and resolve any warranty or dispute claims, after which records are securely disposed of.
